Responsible for booking freelance creative resource including but not limited to: getting sign-off on resource choices/availability from Head of Production, getting contracts signed, booking in onboarding phone calls, setting them up on appropriate software and handing over / introducing resource to the team and to individual Producers Support with the recruitment and employee onboarding to ensure smooth and efficient running of both processes Managing studio decor, ordering all supplies and general upkeep Meeting and greeting any clients or visitors to the studioĪnswering all incoming phone calls to the studio and directing callers to the appropriate person/departmentĮnsuring that the studio and meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable at all times skills and experience commissioning office refits or building works are a bonus.Įnsure the day-to-day business operations are running smoothly and be on hand to assist and support the team as needed, whether they are in the studio or working remotelyĮnsuring all essential services to the building are functioning and proactively work with building management and suppliers to fix any issues or maintenance requirements as soon as possible Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a solutions-focused approach are really important, as is a genuine love of people.Ī keen eye for detail is a must, as well as excellent organisational skills – someone who is always thinking one step ahead, with a methodical approach. You have previous experience in a similar role, and are confident dealing with anyone from freelancers, IT support and suppliers to senior leadership. As a Studio Manager, you are responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the studio, assistance / management of events (as appropriate) and supporting all departments within Animade: creative, marketing, production, HR, account management and leadership teams, whether they are working in-person or remotely.
